SYSID 2003 -- INVITED PAPER SUBMISSIONS

Invited papers

Please note:
The deadline for paper submissions is over!

Papers in an invited session should present a cohesive and comprehensive focus on a topic relevant to the scope of the symposium. Invited papers are solicited by an organizer of an invited session. You would need to have an Invited Session Identification Number from the session organizer (the person who invited you to write the paper) to submit a paper in this category. Contributions for invited software sessions should be submitted as software papers and not as invited papers. Contributions in invited session proposals can be extended abstracts of at least 2000 words showing the principal contribution of the paper so as to allow for an informed peer review.

How to submit

All invited papers should be submitted in electronic format, as a single file. The requested format for electronic manuscripts is portable document format (PDF) or Postscript (PS). Papers should be submitted on-line using your web browser. If you have difficulty in generating or delivering electronic manuscripts, please contact the IPC secretariat by email for technical support.

The steps you must perform in order to submit a paper are

Step 1 Follow the instructions for authors to prepare your paper.
Step 2 Generate a PDF or a Postscript file.
Step 3 Fill and submit the invited paper submission form.
This form is also used to deliver your electronic manuscript. On this form you will need to supply information on the paper category (invited), and the Invited Session Identification Number.

After submission

If properly processed, your submission will be acknowledged by email, providing you with a Paper Identification Number to be used for any further inquiries and correspondence about your submission. If you need to make changes to your submission or your paper registration data, please contact the IPC secretariat by email.
