Registration and payments

Advance registration

All registrations for SYSID-2003 have to be done through the internet at the link below. Please contact Eurocongres if registration by internet is not possible for you. The deadline for advance registration for SYSID 2003 will be June 15, 2003 . On site registration in Rotterdam will be possible as well.

Fees

The fee for participation of SYSID 2003 is as follows.

Both Full Registration and Student Registration fees include admission to the welcome reception, all technical sessions, a CD-ROM with the Symposium Proceedings and a printed book of abstracts, including the final program.

Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomas with a university or another similar institution. Student status must be certified by the student’s institution or advisor. Registration as a Student requires a written letter on university letter head, with the statement that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D.-student at the time of the symposium, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student’s advisor. On the registration site you can indicate whether you wish to attend the symposium banquet on the Thursday evening of the symposium. Also accompanying persons can register and indicate whether or not they will attend the symposium banquet. Tickets for the symposium banquet will be EUR. 65.-.

Payment

All payments are administrated by Eurocongres Conference Management. Participants are requested to transfer the registration fee in Euro. Payments can be transfered by

Clearly stating your name and invoice number. Invoice and registration numbers will be issued by Eurocongres upon registration.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that after submission and confirmation of your registration, the following cancellation rules are applicable. All cancellations must be made in writing with Eurocongres. Cancellations received before July 15, 2003, are fully refundable minus a EUR. 50.00 processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after July 15, 2003, are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for nonattendance. Telephone or Email cancellations are not accepted.
